1. Delivery Options & Charges

We offer flat-rate shipping options across Bangladesh:

  • Inside Dhaka City: ৳80

  • Suburbs / Outer Dhaka: ৳100

  • Outside Dhaka (Nationwide): ৳130–৳150

(Note: Delivery charges may vary slightly for bulk or express deliveries.)

2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Once your order is verified and dispatched, you can expect delivery within:

  • Inside Dhaka: 1 to 3 Business Days

  • Outside Dhaka: 3 to 5 Business Days

Please note: Delivery times may be slightly extended during major festive seasons (such as Eid) or unforeseen national circumstances/weather emergencies.

3. Order Verification & Processing

  • Verification: Orders placed on our website are processed within 24 hours. Our representative may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to verify your delivery address before dispatch.

  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM are typically processed and handed over to our delivery partners on the same day.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Advance Terms

  • Cash on Delivery: We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services across Bangladesh.

  • Delivery Advance: For orders outside Dhaka, a small advance payment (covering the return/delivery fee) via bKash or Nagad may be required to confirm the order dispatch.

5. Parcel Inspection upon Delivery

  • Check Before Accepting: We encourage customers to inspect the outer packaging in front of the courier representative.

  • Damaged Package: If the package appears tampered with or damaged, please inform the courier immediately and contact our support team.
