Cancellation Policy

At BAIG (https://baigofficial.com), we understand that plans can change. We aim to offer a seamless shopping experience and allow order cancellations under specific terms before your package is dispatched.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Before Dispatch (Free Cancellation):

    You can cancel your order at no cost as long as it has not been processed or handed over to our delivery partners. Please inform us within 4 to 6 hours of placing your order.

  • After Dispatch:

    Once an order is shipped and a tracking ID has been generated, it cannot be canceled in transit. If you decline to accept the package at the doorstep upon delivery, the delivery charges (৳80 Inside Dhaka / ৳130–৳150 Outside Dhaka) will still apply.

2. Order Cancellation by BAIG

BAIG reserves the right to cancel any order prior to delivery for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Stock Unavailable: The requested item, size, or color is out of stock or fails our quality check.

  • Unreachable Customer: Unable to verify or confirm the order/address via phone/WhatsApp after multiple attempts.

  • Pricing or Technical Error: Inaccurate product pricing, system glitch, or invalid promotional discount application.

  • Incomplete Delivery Details: Missing or inaccurate delivery address provided during checkout.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

  • Paid Orders (MFS/Cards):

    If you have already made an online payment and your order is canceled before dispatch, a 100% full refund will be credited to your original payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bank Account) within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD):

    For COD orders canceled before dispatch, no charges will be incurred.
